PET: Non refundable pet fee is $50 per stay per pet, 2 maximum. Crating pets is recommended. Not all condos are pet friendly.
Call ahead for availability. Please do not bring your pets if you do not want to abide by the pet rules.
Hidden pets, over occupancy of pets, and pets in pool are not allowed and penalties will apply.
You must pick up after your pets, no exceptions. Aggressive breeds are not allowed.
MAX Occupancy enforced. Over occupying any condo may result in eviction and penalties.
Our Suites offer: King or 2 Queens. Some condos have extra sleeping, based on availability.

DEPOSIT: A Deposit equal to one night's room stay is required for all Reservations. Reservations made within 7 days of arrival, full amount is due at booking and non-refundable.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Full refund less $50 administration fee if cancelled more than 7 days prior to arrival..
Daily reservations must be cancelled 7 days prior to arrival, or you will be charged for entire rental.
Monthly reservations must be cancelled or changed 90 days prior to arrival, or you will be charged for one month and deposit forfeited.
No specific condominium is guaranteed, however we will do our best to accommodate your requests.
